We were a group 0f 15 family members staying in 5 rooms that were located at different floors, and we all liked the rooms, but what was amazing was how much the staff was willing to accommodate to our needs in order for us to be able to enjoy my daughter´s graduation. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone that I know is traveling to Chicago.

Nothing, customer service was horrible. We did late checked in and already so tired and when we open the we saw dirty socks!!! Dirty socks!!! Unbelievable and we called front desk and they said sorry to hear it but no one here to change the sheet!!!! We have to sleep on the dirty bed very disrespectful And in the morning we mentioned again and they did not apologize!!!

The location was within walking distance of several great places to eat and shop. The room was more spacious than I expected, it was a 2 queen and everything was clean. My daughter loved the lobby seating.
